Pros

- Inspiring marketing/ image of the company - Beautiful office - which is a plus as you live most of your life there!

Cons

- Diversity is tokenistic - Anyone who wasn't a white male generally didn't have a great career path there - Despite similar level and experience, men generally get paid more than women - Men got more perks (invited to lunch) and faster assention to leadership roles - Expected staff to work overtime for free - Women were objectified - Occassionally, leadership roles had "token" women. They were told they were token too. - Female admin staff were asked to wear skirts and high heels (except one who had a butt they liked the look of in trousers)

Pros

Nil - it was very unpleasant.

Cons

Where do I begin? There was no consideration of advancement or skill progression the entire time I was there. My manager was extremely unsupportive and pretended I didn’t exist. I noticed this manager being very dismissive of junior staff. The pay was very average for the role I was doing. I was forced to do one project with no opportunities to branch out. I felt like I was pidgeonholed into one type of work with no discussion from my manager’s end. The work life balance was very poor. I noticed many staff stay back late for unreasonable deadlines. This is reflective of senior staff not being able to project manage and the unreasonable workloads. I would not recommend working here, it’s a sells itself as a boutique firm but in reality it has sold itself out. Be warned.
