      Great night differential pay. Great people.

      Cons

      No air conditioning in building, temperatures get up to 105 or higher.

      Room for growth, overtime, you will do as well as you choose to.

      Cons

      They don't get rid of dead weight. Pay is on the low side. Christian values on the surface, not so much in actuality.
