Pros
Genuinely good people, they will take care of you and support you to the largest extent of their ability. Great place for professional IT growth, and lots of new responsibility.
Cons
A smaller company, you will be working for its parent for several other companies. The workload can be extremely overwhelming, and the expected knowledgebase is larger than initially described.

Easily work with management to suit my military schedule.
Cons
Sometimes the on-call schedule isnt the greatest but that comes with the territory.
