We make a product for families, and that extends to how the company is run. The company culture is close knit, family orientated. The work life balance is amazing, and almost unheard of in the software industry. It's a small company so there are lots of opportunities to take on projects and be empowered to think outside the box. I love coming to work and enjoy spending time with my co-workers.

In contrast to other reviewers, I feel I was paid fairly, and yet the work-life balance was unbelievably good. I was skeptical at the start whether this company could really provide the family friendly environment they advertised, but they came through even better than I had hoped for. In nearly two years as a software developer, I was never once asked to work extra hours. Not once! I didn't think such a job existed. Sometimes I did work extra just because I enjoyed the work I was doing, but when things got tight in the schedule, features got cut, and we all went home in time for dinner. Amazing! The Smith Tower is fantastic, swizzles are fun little parties every two weeks, Fridays everybody works from home, people play cards at lunch time . . . I could go on and on.
