Pros
Excellent pay and benefits. Teams collaborate well and leadership listens with an open ear. Considering the acquisitions and bringing together several DR companies over the last couple of years, CPower is moving a light speed integrating and taking the best of all of those companies. Process improvements have helped internal communication and the right people are involved. If you want to work in fast-paced and rewarding job, CPower is the place to go.
Cons
Having employees in multiple locations can propose some logistic problems and getting everyone together as often as possible can have its challenges.

Pros
Dynamic work environment, a lot of opportunity to do more work for the same pay.
Cons
Complete and total lack of respect for those in the field and with the company for decades. They hire and fire 20 somethings while paying them half as much as they pay their senior staff, and they only do a quarter of the work due to lack of management. No surprise that a majority of those they hire have no relevant experience to back them up, which leads to shoddy work and more to be done for those in senior staff positions who have to clean up after them, while again not receiving any wage increases or bonuses from the extra workload.
