Pros
Discounted meals and a comfy/casual work attire, some staff is friendly, and Williamsburg is a small town so you saw a lot of the same faces.
Cons
Kitchen staff can get pretty nasty towards front of house staff and each other, management doesn’t know how to approach staff in an appropriate manner and can be condescending, employees are rude to each other, kitchen is unkept and not clean, the environment is not healthy
