      Great product, good benefits

      Pros

      They really care that you and your entire family has all the protection you need for health and life insurance.Smaller company you everyone there makes a difference.They do a very good job keeping the product selection diverse and current for their dealers.

      Cons

      Once someone in the senior management team decides you are no longer considered a valuable asset.They will do everything in their power to force you to leave.and I mean everything.

      Not what it seems at first

      Pros

      Fully Paid Healthcare Premiums, though out of pocket costs are very high.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Micro-managed all the time. Seems like quaint family-owned business at first but then you figure out that most home improvement contractors you are asked to recruit and work with have already had bad experiences with this company from poor customer service to quality and shipping issues.

      Pros

      Small company. You get to know everyone including the president.

      Cons

      Pay is poor whether you are in the plant or a sales manager, benefits are non-contributory, if you choose that route, however the deductible is quite high.
