Great Beers... Dummies running it....

Pros

Benefits, 401k and other sales reps. Great beers to sell and great customers.

Cons

The Sales manager who doesn't have a clue about the upstate market and the incompetent ASM's he hired to run a great craft portfolio. Salary starts out on the very low side. They want you to work some unreasonable hours.

Free beer, as well as traveling to breweries.

Cons

Where do I begin? This has been the worst company I have ever worked for. They do not know what work/life balance is. They all are unethical and do not have the culture you want if you have a family. Consistently complaining and cheating on their husbands/wives, making you focus around a work first environment. I had to go to the hospital for my wife and they put me on a disciplinary step system because of it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THINKING ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

Pros

Friendly co workers, lots of overtime, fully paid benefits if you don't smoke (they do tobacco testing)

Cons

The communication between sales reps and managers are terrible. No side loaders. everything done out of a straight truck so it takes a toll on your body jumping in and out, dropping dozens of 160 lb kegs, 100's of cases off of truck. Rarely have a helper. Managers don't care and break all dot rules and regulations when it comes to the amount of hours behind the wheel.
