Pros

Don't call your phone constantly. Very respectful of vacation time. Low pressure to work more than schedule. Pay is competitive and benefits are great particularly the 401k match.

Cons

App needs work. Takes up to a day to load new shift. Cant get a hold off office half the time even on business days/hours. Scheduling follow through for client questions or scheduling is poor. Client care info is really lacking.

Pros

Excellent company to work for. Great staff. Communication is key. I loved working for this company and assisting their clients with their needs. I would go back to them in a heart beat if I could. I felt like part of the Craig Cares family!

Cons

The pay was decent. I was told one of the highest in the area but for that type of work I would have liked a higher wage. I stayed for over 5 years and the pay did her higher as years went on. So there's that.

Pros

Nice office people, pretty amazing clients, and will raise hourly pay depending on the job. Also always has openings that they send texts out about

Cons

Even though they have those openings, they have a bit of trouble with giving a full 40 hour schedule
