      Pros

      Quick hiring when it comes to time frame. Knew by end of my interview that I had already been selected to be hired on

      Cons

      Management lacking interaction with employees past the point of the initial hire. When problems arise, management is quick to fault the employee without a clear understanding of the situation. Management disconnects themselves from employees when problems arise and discourage employee interaction with clients on figuring out a mutually beneficial outcome. Suggests competitive wages but those wages do not take into account the fact that employees work extended hours 90% of the time due to how the job contracts where written.

      Great benefits, very responsive management team both remote and locally, other employees very helpful, ready to offer opportunities for improvement.

      Cons

      Mostly subcontracting work so you have to abide by the rules of the contracting organization as well as the supplier of the contract itself.
