This way CPI gets to keep your bonus and penalize you . HR even funnier , remember they are there to protect Senior Leadership and the business, not the employees. So don’t waste your time or energy . I had very high hopes we could recover from last few years of chaos , but no . Salary is ok but only if you don’t care about staying healthy with stress and power hungry leaders , than this is your place to come .
