This place is collapsing. They go through cycles of redundancy every year. It's in the middle of nowhere. Not recommended

Toxic culture with bullying and favoritism

A few nice people for colleagues

Cons

Horrific bullying from senior management, and everyone looks away. Also a culture of allowing men to get away with anything if producing papers and bringing in money while removing women who complain about their behaviour. My health has improved hugely since leaving.
