      1. Some employees are allowed to work remotely while others must come into the office. 2. The culture does not encourage getting to know co-workers from other departments. 3. Premiums can be expensive for families.

      -Management is cool if you show initiative. -Laid back for the most part. -Decent benefits -Double overtime for any hours 50+.

      Cons

      -Always hiring new people to make up for all the people that quit -No background checks, hire anyone even people that are not qualified to do the job -Lots of pressure on the good employees to pick up the slack of the bad employees
