I was employed as a product owner and then asked to move to another project, which I could be paid much higher for (It was related to AI), after 4 month when we wrapped the project, they terminated my contract in my trial period, and saved on the money I could get as a contractor. It's been 3 month since I left the company, and still waiting for a recommendation letter that clarified my roles and responsibilities in the company. The behaviour of the senior management, the CEO (which is btw coming from a sales background) has been nothing near friendly. I very much recommend you, if you can, to avoid this company or know the consequences.

Top management is not competent, some of the lower management are very unhappy about their role but have too much benefit from the company such as unlimited holidays that they won't leave, this has made the atmosphere toxic and unproductive
