Cons

I am worndering , in one/two months of time period and these many awesome reviews. Haha good job management. Here the truth is management are forceing each employees to write good review.

Dear Friend: If you are an employee of Crave (which I doubt) then please come and discuss this with me or any other management team member about your challanges than posting feedback like this which is completely false and destructive. When few unproductive and unprofessional employees started maligning the image of the company majority of the employees decided to share their views through this great channel. The HR and management is definitely requesting and encouraging team members to share their reviews. If you believe anyone is forced to express their views in a specific way then please share the details

Pros

Initially i joined as fresher , Crave was mainly working on SAP , i had no clue about SAP , i wanted to be programmer ,my senior colleagues in Crave helped me to carve out my career path. I was given several opportunities to explore my skills and potential to the best, i started as seasoned programmer , then SAP, ABAP and now flourishing with SAP Mobile technologies. Crave has been always working on demanding and niche technologies which is excellent for future growth I got several opportunities to travel onsite for projects which is very difficult to get in large companies now days. Crave infotech has helped a lot to shape my career specially CEO(Shrikant Nistane) of the company. In Crave their is no barrier to talk to CEO and manager everybody can express their feelings and concerns. After several years i became senior programmer then manager , company helped me at every stage of my career to accelerate my skills, it helped me to manage team and large project. Management team was extremely supportive. I was given allowances for good work in projects, my appraisal was never a problem as i was performing good. I come from middle class family, i had responsibilities to overcome financial crises, Crave has helped me not only achieve financial status but also provided me monitory help from my sibling marriage, father's operation , to my won marriage. I have seen Crave helping many employees not just me in difficult times. Crave was very helpful to accommodate request for working from home during difficult times. Work culture in Crave is very good , most of the team members are young and energetic, some of the clients i worked with Crave are very established and i feel proud that i got chance to work and contribute for those client through Crave. Crave has mix of techno-functional team which focuses on innovations and new technology which is very demanding in market. This is company where i learned the end to end implementation they gave exposure to every little phase of the project to become solution architect. I have seen employees who were with Crave for long duration are very established and competitive. Company always listen to suggestion and works on improvement.

Cons

All the weekends should be off , currently alternate weekends are off.

The CEO shouts at people on calls and use unprossional words if he disagrees Huge workload and they will ask you to work over almost every weekend No work life balance Bad policies which they change in a day and say it was not there CEO changes his word every now and then to do whatever he wants to do Poor management Alternate Satuday working Top person does not trust on his won Managers and want to interact in check everything They ask you to cancel leave at last minute everytime saying that it is critical Note : - Most of the reviews are good because they have kept a contest to add good reviews and send snapshot to management and best review will get amazon voucher

Hello, I am personally responding to this message as you have mentioned many things here which are completely untrue and false. I do not believe you are employee of Crave. I believe you are someone from outside who is trying to tarnish our image. Let me respond to couple of things you have mentioned here: 1. I do not recall I have been involved any any leave decisions for last 18 months since we empowered all our leads. It is not our practice to cancel leaves. Even if there is client needs we have always worked out most suitable solution to meet the needs of both ends. 2. You mentioned about shouting and unprofessional words: Can you please be more specific and discuss with me or your lead. I am open for suggestions and to improve if I have made any mistake but this is not a behavior I practice. 3. You mentioned about policies and changing words: We have HR policy manual and all our processes are driven through software programs. How can I change something is documented. having said this we have always listened to each suggestion and adjusted policies to meet the need of the time like increasing travel allowances, aligning leave policies with client and team members needs. We are pride to be the most automated company of our size where time sheet, expenses, payroll, leave and all HR processes are automated. I do not understand how this can be true. 4. Trusting Managers: Let me assure that we have strong team structure and open policy where anyone can reach anyone. We are a flat structure organization which makes us most agile, innovative and fast to respond. I trust all my managers but also listen to every Crave family member to ensure everyone has voice. I have to respectfully disagree with this assessment. 5. Your last claim about reviews: This is completely untrue and false. At Crave we do encourage team members to post the review BUT do not force to share positive review only. It is important for everyone to be able to share reviews which is the sole purpose of this forum. Our free and open policy is evident form the fact that all our reviews are not 5*. We value each feedback and take those seriously. If you are truly Crave employee then as a head of the family I am deeply concerned about your personal situation. If you are facing any personal challenges due to the current situation then please reach out to HR or even me and we will be happy to help you to get through this difficult situation. If you are not Crave employee then please do not waste all of our time and try to tarnish our image. In spite of all these false allegations I wish you all the best in what you are doing.
