A nice office Perks like free baseball games and hockey games

Zero flexibility, absolutely no positivity, told not to come in again via text message for calling out one day in 9 months of employment not even a new show I called out. The two people who have been there the longest seem to go through people like they go through wardrobes maybe because they just can't communicate or they're just so unhappy,if you're a miserable person who hates coming to work every day you would fit in right there. Do not smile do not laugh and by all means do not make a mistake ever and I mean ever even if you're brand new.

Pros

Everyone there was very nice. pretty much all of the co workers were friends with each other outside of work. The Managers were strict. But good strict. Not terrorizing strict. there were plenty of events and benefits from working at the station.

Cons

it's in Indiana instead of Chicago so . it's kind of frowned upon as far as top notch ranking goes in the industry.
