Bonus is inconsistent and unsatisfactory. Hours are inconsistent, 10-20 hour weeks in the slow weeks, no benefits or 401k even though they lie about it to hire people and management lies to your face and puts their own employees down, then just throws some empty positive management phrases at you so you won’t leave One week vacation after a year, two of the employees had to use it just to get the hours to make ends meet. They say they have standards, they do not, you will be in mold filled foot tall spaces pulling 2000 sq ft of insulation
