Not a good company to start your career as a fresher, project manager needs to learn how to talk to employee and how to handle, 15 days of training can't make a fresher an expert. They will fire you without giving notice period and the worst thing about this company is project manager. They are specialized in putting pressure on employees. Freshers don't waste you valuable time by applying in this company.
