      Pros

      I have been with the company since its early times and have seen its tremendous growth over time! The company culture is what makes it best and has been the core value of CrazyGames. Everyone can contribute and is encouraged to share their opinions, and they are all highly appreciated; this enables us to deliver quality products and platform for our players and developers. The work hours are flexible, and we trust each other to deliver.

      Cons

      We work remotely and see our full colleagues only once or twice a year. Communication can sometimes be challenging, and work issues can be solved a bit longer than if we met in person.
