Pros

- the company is still growing. - there are some competant colleaques. - work environment is quite flexible. - opportunity to visit Serbia.

Cons

- low value to employees - low salaries, They are using titles and promises to convince employees to work for low salaries. - Good colleaques are leaving the company. In 5 months, already 4 teammates left. There is constant flow of new comers and leavers. - There is no solid vision of the company regarding the main product. They have nothing more than plans. - bad HR and management. They gave me wrong contract twice. One of them had one additional zero at the end (10x of actual salary). Then the second one with wrong title. - the most of the teammates are outsorced in Serbia. Since they are the majority, they dictate their internal decisions to Zürich team. (in my team 3 employee in Zürich, 10 in Belgrade) - They gave me old laptop, which performs terribly, as a work station. Even on the first day, there was a bad pixel on the screen. They replaced the screen, but my computer continue to scream while working. For me personally almost everything went wrong in the company. I resigned after 4 months. They hired me as Technical Lead Backend Developer. In the second week I realized that there is no real Tech Lead opportunity in the team. When I complained about it, they told me that I should prove myself first. I objected to this since I joined the company because of the role. It is similar to change the rules during the game. Then, they proposed me to use the title only (without having any real power). At the end of my probation period, I conditionaly accepted to stay if they make a raise. It is not fair to ask for a raise after 3 months, but it is alsp not fair to trick someone with title and interesting job advertisement for a boring job. They promised to make it. After a month I was told that the raise is not possible due to some silly reasons. Then, I immeadiately quit during the meeting. Personally I don't recomment to work for this company. It is the worst I have seen and heard from colleaques. If you join, you will regret in the first month. I guarentee that based on myself and the other former and new employees.

-The devs are dynamic and reliable.

Cons

-Bad management (focusing on certain Account Manager). The abusive language and bad mood of a that certain person is a huge drawback. -Near imposible deadlines. (Mostly created by mistakes made by certain account manager bad deals with client and bad managing). -Bad HR and relation company-employee. (Mistakes are made on a daily basis, and there is no promotions nor trainings). -Salaries are quite low. -Devs rotation is huge (Less than 1/4 have been there more than year).

Pros

- Flexible hours - Friendly people

Cons

- They say one thing on the interview, but you end up doing something completely different. Make sure you request to meet the team that you will work with (and get the team name in writing). - No one follows any software processes - There are no code reviews - There are not automatic tests - Fear-driven development - Never time (or money) for improvements - Management only thinks about money
