No direction; someone else said 'rudderless' .. and on a ship taking on water. Management (cos it ain't leadership) have no idea how to inspire and motivate; they are micro managers; not a place if you seek training or guidance.

This is a family company. Most of the staff are the boss' relatives or friends. Too many people can get the chances because of not their ablity. Because of the relationship with the boss.
