Pros

Flexible management, company culture is becoming more and more participative (lots of social events, corporate events, team training), great benefits and location (modern campus, free parking, basketball, beach volleyball in Montreal), lots of opportunities to perfect our knowledge and learn new things.

Cons

It's a medium-sized company so no pre-established "ladder" for career progress. Management is open about discussing new responsibilities and growth opportunities, providing training etc. For most consultants, being able and willing to travel to clients is a must.

Pros

Createch is a very supportive company it offers a great work-life balance and management is approachable. They invest a lot in their employees through training days, committees (social, health and safety, training etc) great benefits, RRSP contributions, plus you get the benefits of Bell. Its a positive office environment and a great team to work with.

Cons

Your career path is somewhat limited and the roles are quite autonomous.
