Extremely inept senior management who are often actively detrimental to the projects they work on. Many out of touch department leads and managers who have never had to look far outside the bubble of CA for as much as 15-20 years. Location is basically a field in the middle of nowhere - probably fine if you're looking for a quiet area, although quite unsuitable for most younger employees I would say. Area has quite high cost of living. Severe brain drain, almost all of the new hires who are strong in their field move on very quickly. Many staff are sub-par in terms of skills and expertise. Career advancement is almost non-existent. Training is almost non-existent.

There are no senior or principal artists to learn from. - Old technology. - No bonuses or raises. - Horsham is quite expensive, especially for young people. Going to the office is mandatory on some days per week, so living nearby is advisable to save on commuting costs. - They don't appreciate your skills. - Management is problematic; they retain individuals responsible for the poor decisions that have led CA to its current state. - There are individuals in lead positions with no prior experience.
