Two months notice period but if they wanna fire you, you are given one month PIP and then you are gone. High level of office politics and management knows about it. Management itself does it. Stealing credit is a common practice by high-ups. Team leads and managers frequently lie to their associates. No job security, therefore team leads and managers keep their positions by not letting others grow. Whenever some big issue happens CTO arrives from US, give false hopes and disappears. Fake goodness is projected. Few teams have retention as low as 6 months. Clients is nothing, your boss is everything and he can fire you at any moment to save himself. You have to pay the price of mistake that you never did. Your boss appeared to be very cool and friendly infront of you and schemes against you infront of management so that you can never grow and take his place. Teamleads never project competency of their team members to the client. If project is gone, whole team get fired.
