The people you work with on a day to day

Cons

Upper management is a joke. They make decisions with haste. No real investigation on complaints. They look for a reason to fire you. I have seen this on more than one occasion. No loyalty to the amount of time you work there or the amount of hours you have to work.

You are right! We do have great benefits, coworkers and customers. CDS is a great place to work. With regards to internal promotions, we post all of our jobs so that our employees have the opportunity to grow. Every year, we promote many employees.
