Amazing place to work

Pros

The staff all care for the dogs as if they were there own. Many benefits to the job, i.e. time and a half for holidays, half priced boarding, free daycare.. Staff focuses on every dog and there needs. No dog is treated like they are unimportant or 'just another dog'. You get to play with dogs Hour long lunch break and 15 minute break every shift, and 2 to 4 hour lunch break given in split days. Report cards are given to clients to let them know how there pup was during the day. All management, supervisors, playstaff work extremely hard Fun, relaxed environment

Cons

Nothing that would not be expected, it takes a hard working and job oriented person to do it and not everyone is cut out for it. Overall though it's a great place to work ir you love dogs and dont mind the work

Pros

-Good pay for the job -Time and a half on all holidays -working with dogs all day -Laid back environment -Great managers and supervisors -people who care about the dogs and working hard

Cons

This job is not for everyone. There are always going to be pros and cons of a job but pay, day to day activities, work schedule, and other things like that were discussed during the interview process so I knew exactly what to expect. So, if it’s not what you like you can always turn down the job.

The best place around

Pros

This place is the best. I have worked here for almost a year now and cannot brag enough on creative dog training. If you work hard and show commitment, you will get promoted quickly. The staff is great and everyone has a true love for the dogs. They all take pride in giving good care and making sure every dog is happy, healthy, and excited to come to daycare, board, or train. As a dog training facility, obviously clients are going to be picky about how their dogs are taken care of and the workers always do absolutely everything to make sure the dogs are taken care of. From pools outside all day for the dogs to splash around in, the fun a frames, the clean kennels, and the amount of attention each dog gets, I couldn't ask much more from such a place. I love my job, and recommend any hard working individual who cares about dogs and really loves spending time with them to work here as well. When clients come in and say their dogs get excited just saying the name of Cdt you know the company is doing something right. People can say what they want but dogs don't lie 😁

Cons

Working with dogs you, obviously, have to do the dirty work too. Like scooping the yard of poop, cleaning kennels, and washing dishes to make sure they have a nice, clean environment. Not a perk of the job but a responsibility but it doesn't come close to outshadowing the good.
