      No cons really, you’re expected to manage your own workflow but if you’re a self-starter able to manage a diverse portfolio, you’ll succeed.

      Pros

      Creative Engagement Solutions is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I was given opportunities for professional development and the work culture is just overall great. The work/life balance is amazing and the CEO is very understanding when it comes to extended leave time due to family emergencies, sicknesses, etc. CES also has a great relationship with all clients so it is never a hostile work environment. Everyone o the Team is easy going and great to get along with.
