      Pros

      You'll make friends and good employees. Jeez...some of these reviews are just HARSH! Who peed in your coffee!? The people that work and run this place do care, don't let these reviews scare you off... Clients are fun to be with and work with

      Hours can be a pain sometimes., but they will try their best& work with you on vacation days

      Working to help DD individuals.

      Cons

      No life once you sign on. Working extremely long shifts. If you complain or voice concern, you are usually met with a response of either go somewhere else, or drop to part time and lose your PTO.
