Aside from 6 day work weeks in January, the hours aren't bad

In theory this job should have been fun, but the owner Stacey has no idea how to run the business. She is a compulsive liar, both to her employees and customers. She refuses to take responsibility for her actions and will blame anyone else for the shortcomings of the business. As an hourly employee (with no benefits), the well being of the entire business will be placed on your shoulders whether you want it or not. She even went so far as to blame her employees for her own personal, health, and financial issues. If you want to work in the wedding industry, there are far better options than Creative Invites and Events.
