It's time to be real

Pros

You get exposure to the marketing side. You work on more than one account. Great team - unfortunately underpaid. Location is great! I'm wondering who wrote the previous reviews because at least 3/4 people in this company are actively looking for other jobs.

Cons

This is a great company for awhile, not for the long run. Before I left half the people were looking for other jobs and interviewing. The "benefits"have increased but are still a joke. They offer the minimal basics and somehow you should be excited when other companies are doing more. As far as moving up, expect to get additional work but not be compensated for it. It is a requirement for you to work over 40 hours but not be compensated for it. No mentorship. Really consider working here, it sounds good and exciting because it is "cross-cultural" but when you ask employees if they see themselves in a year or two here the answer is no. People are either looking to grow or be better compensated for it and this isn't the company for that. Other than management only two people have been at this company for over two and half years. Everybody else is new. Then ask those people if they see themselves at this company for another year and you'll be surprised at how many people are looking for other jobs and hope to be out of there.

An Honest Review...

A lot of these reviews appear to be from disgruntled former employees. The people I work with frequently talk about how much they love working here and are genuinely happy with the management team. To the person who worked until 2 AM...not sure why you needed to work that late, but it wasn't because you were forced to. It sounds like you were just unqualified or inefficient... A few posters have talked about not getting enough pay or PTO, but CMR benchmarks their salaries to the market and provides everyone access to vacation time after starting. To any job applicants, I'd say talk to the current staff and see what they think. I think you'd get a much different take than what you read on here. Remember: there's a reason that the people who write anonymous nasty reviews are former employees...

Cons

Company is growing fairly quickly and a good number of people are working fully remotely, which makes connecting sometimes difficult.
