Pros

MOST of the staff are really good people, they genuinely want to be there to educate and help children. I've met some of the most amazing people there, whom I still contact. The majority of the parents are pretty involved with the children and are curious about activities that go on.

Cons

Management is probably the worst I've ever experienced. They staff the place with the absolute bare minimum of people so when it's time for you to go home for the day...if no one can cover you and your teacher-to-child ratio isn't low enough for only one teacher, you are forced to stay until they can move kids to other rooms and rearrange people to get you out. Other than the obvious problem with this.... the biggest one is that sometimes you could end up staying between a 1/2 hour - 1 hr 1/2 late. The kicker...there is no over time at all so when you are forced stay late, they will make you leave early, take long breaks, take multiple breaks, or come in late to get rid of overtime. If you ever get sick (and you will) don't even think about calling in because they'll force you to come to work anyway and then they'll tell you that they will try to get you out, but it will never happen. The owner is the nastiest, most rude, and most greedy person I have ever encountered. She will show up unexpectedly and then literally scream at the staff for doing things that she doesn't think should be happening. For example, one time she yelled at a staff member for sitting down and eating when it was their lunch break because she thought they were on the clock, even though they were in the designated staff lunch area. She doesn't know any of her staff's names' so she just calls everyone "hey you", even though we all wore name tags. This is seriously the WORST place I have ever worked in my life.

Pros

absolutely none. I worked here and knew how badly run this place is. I sent my daughter here thinking management changed and it was WORSE 2012-2014.

Cons

Terrible management, 18 year old uneducated teachers, high turnover with teachers AND office staff. unprofessional and uncaring staff. They turn away children. Teachers yelling all the time, hideous environment for babies and children.
