There are not enough words to describe the dishonest, callous behavior of the two owners of this company. They hired excellent staff, oversold their services to credulous clients, bought two multimillion dollar houses with their profits, and then fired the entire staff with no notice, no severance, and no adherence to labor laws -- leaving aside expectations of human decency. The President routinely took two month vacations and blamed every missed meeting or deadline (including payroll) on the weather or global unrest. She lied repeatedly to staff about the company's financial solvency, and misrepresented herself and the company to clients. She is shamefully dishonest.

Leadership. The managers of this company do not know how to manage people. They lack people skills and the ability to take responsibility for their own short comings as leaders.
