The IT department worked very well together as a team, and were liked and respected by the majority of the company’s staff.

Cons

Management was chaotic and disorganized. Difficult or impossible to receive compensation beyond 3% a year. While the team is well equipped for remote work, upper management insists that the corporate staff report to the office.

My ABOC and Admin are amazing always there supporting the BOM department. I feel like to be a great BOM you need to have that support. To be a BOM one must love to stay active and open to always learning new things.

No holidays off throughout the week. PTO makes up for it
