      There were very few except the co-workers.

      Everything else. Manager had unrealistic expectations without providing the necessary resources.

      no pros, company doesn't care about its employees massive layoffs and going broke

      upper management doesn't know what they're doing. massive layoffs and they cut a lot of corners in production
