      The people are welcoming, the schedule is flexible, the work is cutting edge, and the facilities are top of the line.

      Cons

      Very occasional long hours, specifically at the end of a project.

      Poor Management, Poor Pay

      Pros

      Interesting projects, if you are interested in refrigeration or HVAC. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Management exhibits poor communication with employees. HR is run off-site, unhelpful. Warehouse work conditions are noisy and uncomfortable. Bottom 5% in the nation for pay for engineers. Management is allowed to work from home without question, the same is not true for engineers. Learned skills are too niche to increase future job opportunities in other engineering fields.
