Thank you for the review . We would have liked to address the opinions posted over a healthy discussion but since that isnt possible we are trying to respond here . As far as calling the organization fraud...we are afraid to point put that fraud organizations or individuals dont last long and we have been in the trade for more than 20 years.The length of our successful existence and our long list of regular clientele for all these years would definitely help us in being seen as a credible and reliable organization. * definitely working hours can be odd at times when the work pressure is there and meeting deadlines is there ,wecannot escape that . * in our long history of existence we have always believed in giving a healthy and safe working environment to all our team members irrespective of gender . * job security is totally proportional to the performance,we always believe in giving lot of training,incentives and motivation to our team on a regular basis but still unfortunately few team members dont perform as is desired and hence are asked to leave at times . We as an organization are also shattered at such moments because of the emotional bond that has been created amongst the team members . We take value in your review and would try and improve our business doing ability and creating even stronger bonds with our team in the future .
