Pros
Opportunities for networking in a professional creative environment. The sense of family (if you’re “in”). They celebrate wins. Nice and tidy facilities. Value work/life balance more than lots of other workplaces (still a way to go).
Cons
Pay. People and culture needs a lot of work - the nepotism means nothing is confidential. Speaking up/asking for help mostly seen as a weakness. Lack of accountability from some employees - they spread rumours/throw people under the bus, and management have difficulties seeing these common denominators.
