Pros

The company is one of a very few in the city that work internationally and allows for travel to cool destinations. Like in any marketing, entertainment or advertising job, things are very fast paced and only those who work really hard and understand the industry and culture well can succeed, people do come and go as this is not for everyone. Lots of room to advance your career, I started as an assistant and am now a coordinator and am aiming to become a project manager, hard work pays off! The people are all lovely, feels like family.

Cons

It can get very busy quickly (you have to be a very goal oriented and deadline driven).

Neat projects and meeting lots of creative and talented people Fair pay for the type and load of work Benefits after 3 months which is really helpful

Cons

The office space is open/co-working (which is ideal for the creative setting) but might not be for everyone

very creative projects the people are all great... I like going to work everyday the work is enjoyable and interesting (everyday can be a bit different which I really like)
