Pros

- You get to learn several aspects of how a startup works - You get to learn a lot of subjects including hardware and QA

Cons

- The pay was very very low. (Barely above minimum wage) - The location is not accessible - No work-life balance. You are expected to reply to emails and possibly work on the weekend too. - Poor employee management

Pros

- Great place to work if you are starting off your career as there is much to learn and do. - Teaches you the right hard/soft skills to be an excellent engineer. - Pushes you to your limits allowing you to learn your boundaries, grow upon them, and push your skillset to the next level.

Cons

- Poor compensation. - Due to a small team size, there is a big weight of work each engineer must carry (can be quite stressful, more often then wished for). - Poor work life balance, expect to answer calls, reply to emails/messages weekends, etc. - Poor engineering mentality; mentality is to just get things done and never touch it again. - Extremely poor attitude and character in some team members, enough to make you want to leave.
