      Pros

      Very good relationship between Management and Employees. Respect, transparency , equity, intimacy, community, flexibility, diversity and community are values always present.

      Cons

      really not disadavantages, however the alignment with the Belgium and EU regulators require a lot of reporting and procedimental tasks (obviously we are doing insurance business)
