The most toxic, horrible environment I ever worked in. Leadership refuse to accept responsibility or accountability for the failures of the company. And the company is failing. Instead, blame is placed on front line staff. Current and former sales team members, success team, support team, product team, development team are all blamed instead of considering that maybe it’s the strategy of the “leaders” who are responsible. Everyone who works there is extremely overworked and unhappy. A worrying number of people don’t pass probation or are fired in the first few months due to unclear targets and expectations. Mass redundancies are annual. Just avoid it
