1. Dynamic and energetic atmosphere within the organization. 2. Management fosters an environment where feedback is actively sought and welcomed, including work or for betterment of the organization and the employees 3. Work and fun go hand in hand. Employee Engagement Activities are held every month, quarterly celebrations for different kinds of achievements are held, and there is an annual off-site picnic.
Cons
1. Alternate Saturdays are working but most of those are fun Saturdays as there are activities planned.
