Pros
Great place to work, most co-workers there are family oriented and focused on what they do making this workplace a great environment to be in. My particular Manager when I was employed at Debthelper was an amazing manager and truly care for her team. This company gave me the opportunity to grow within when times were rough instead of just letting me go like 99% of employers do. They cared enough to move me to a different better dept. and train me properly for success in my field at the time.
Cons
Pay rate was fair at the time of my employment was descent, however the commission level was not up to par with the work performed in my department.
