      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      Salary for managers is ok. good insurance and benefits. But what you have to go through to get these perks is not worth it.

      Cons

      Condescending upper management . i have heard it said if you have not had a heart attack you are not doing your job. And many did have heart attacks. They use to pay what was called Chinese overtime and cheated many many employees out of thousands of not millions owed them .they work people until they have nothing left and then toss them like the garbage they believe their employees to be. ( smile to your face ) and order you fires when you walk away.

      Pros

      Really good people there. The company often provides loans to people that often cannot get a loan otherwise. They are family oriented. Strong on training. Willing to work with customers when they are honest and communicate. Team oriented.

      Cons

      limited advancement unless your prepared to relocate. They are a hard line collections and numbers company. Your expected to produce new business and collect in the field. Be willing to repo clients personal stuff. Be willing to work late and travel your area daily. They do not currently have the ability to take debit cards or schedule drafts of any kind. It is cash or money order. It is often stressful and be prepared to be fussed at, reprimanded, or written if you do not accomplished set goals. Have to have tough skin to work here.

      Good pay and bonuses in Management

      Cons

      Too many hours. Never knew if you were going to be forced to work late nights and Saturdays to pull the slack of other branches.
