      - Talent is top of their fields - Endless opportunity for growth - Genuine belief in the future impact of what we're building - Competitive comp + benefits

      Cons

      Pace is fast, but not unmanageable. At this stage, this is not a place to come and coast. I'm one among many parents to young children - despite the pace, I still feel supported in doing what I need to do for my family.

      Pros

      You get the opportunity to choose the type of work you want to take on, which keeps things interesting. There’s a lot of transparency. You always know what everyone else is working on and where the company is headed and how it's performing. No hierarchy: engineers treat each other equally regardless of experience, and there are no egos involved. You can casually walk up and talk to anyone, including leadership. Free food is a nice perk.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy, and the pace is very fast, which can be either exciting or overwhelming depending on the person. In-office presence is expected every day, though it’s not super strict—working from home occasionally is possible when needed.
