      Pros

      There is so much energy. Hardworking team. Fun place to work. You will have complete ownership of the work assigned. Tons of opportunities to learn. No micromanagement. Leadership focuses on the end goal.

      Cons

      As the product is new, it takes time for the customers to adopt, so there is constant pressure. I have seen some can't manage this, but some love and thrive!
