      Free coffee and free parking.

      Cons

      Worst company I've ever worked for. Stay away. There is zero planning. The company is revenue driven, and fly by the seat of their pants. Unrealistic commitments being made, no resource management, because there is no planning, and as such they can't implement. Priorities are set by what customer is screaming the loudest and that changes daily. Very questionable business practices that will likely get them into some hot water. There is nothing stable about this company whatsoever.

      Pros

      The only pro I experienced at this company, was the day I walked out the door and never went back.

      Cons

      This place is like working in a tornado - a real disaster. No direction, poor decision making, treat employees like dirt, sneak around the office to listen to your conversations. The only favorable reviews this company will get are the ones senior management are writing "anonymously" to offset all the negative reviews.
