Pros

Some of the people are nice and it's a good place to jump start your career if you're junior.

Cons

There's a lot of drama and stroking the egos of people higher up.

Oh dear a "mixed bag of strange" doesn't sound too good. We try to create and maintain an open and transparent environment here, sorry to hear you didn't have that experience. Hopefully we have improved since and will continue to refine and get better as we grow.

Pros

Company has some great people working for it.

Cons

The company also has a very unprofessional managerial staff. As a former company employee, I was made redundant with no ethical or plausible reason. My impact on this company's user interface is still being used to this day and has not changed since I was made redundant. Even though they told me, my designs did not reflect the organisation. Sarbina Loi, then refused to respond as a reference to potential employers out of spite, solely to try and deny my progression within another company. The manager, talks behind employees' backs, spreading disinformation about all her team members. lack of accountabilty

Thank you for your review. We strive to provide a great experience for everyone who works at Creditspring. As a small company we often need to adapt to changing circumstances, both within the business, and outside factors. The decision to make a role redundant is never taken lightly, and always considered the last resort when no alternative exists. Unfortunately, sometimes, making a role redundant is unavoidable. When this is the case, we do all we can to deal with the situation with empathy and understanding, and in line with the ACAS best practice guidance. In relation to employment references, it is Company policy that all references are provided by the People team. Any request for a reference being received by a manager is referred to the People team who then provide a factual reference.

Pros

Nice people to work with. CEO shares lots of high level information which is great.

Cons

Salaries aren’t the best, could support staff better financially, especially considering current climate.
