Pros

Benefits are great - medical, 401k, pension, life insurance, gym reimbursement etc. Most of the people you work with are great, helpful and want to do well for the company.

Cons

The talk will lure you in to thinking you’re joining a great place, but you’ll realize quickly it’s an absolute mess. No clear direction, lack of diversity in leadership, no opportunities to advance in learning, rely on the thoughts of the “lifers”, major product issues/failures that are turned a blind eye too, work you to the bone.
