Pros
One co-worker was nice... The rest very questionable... And that's pretty much it, sadly but true.
Cons
Delusional owners, lack of true leadership, incompetent middle management, no structure, arrogant creatives, overdone with procedure for the size of company. Too many juniors in high positions. Decent office but area/building looked like it was ran by a slum lord. So in a nutshell, in all my years in the industry this one and another were horror shows.
